How To Succeed Working From Home On The Internet.

How To Succeed Working From Home On The Internet.
by MJ Mascaro

A computer, a phone line, and an internet connection... What if someone told you that these are the only things you would need to start earning unlimited income over the World Wide Web?

You wouldn't believe it, would you? I know I didn't. but looking into the subject, you will find the number of people who have struck monumental fortunes by having their own work from home business is huge.

They have done so using the very tools I mentioned above. Indeed, a work from home business has become a very feasible, and highly profitable, venture.

What Is A Work From Home Business?

A work from home business is basically an enrolment with a multi-level marketing program, in some cases, it involves purchasing a product which includes mlm membership. By joining their ranks, you are able to refer people to the program, product or service offered and earn commissions on the sales you make.

Furthermore, a work from home business also allows you to earn from the sales referred by the members of your down line, by way of commissions as well, (No, it's not as confusing as it seems). A downline is a network of people you have managed to convince to join the program.

The best part about a work from home business is the fact that you could earn so much without having to leave your house. A work from home business, as we have discussed, only demands a computer, a phone line, and an internet connection.

These, added to the initial, onetime purchase of the product, make a work from home business a low-cost investment that is capable of reaping large rewards.

What Do You Need To Know About A Work From Home MLM Business?

A work from home business demands three things: dedication, hard work, and time. If you have these things, there is no reason you should fail with your work from home business.

A work from home MLM business is not a "get rich quick" scheme, not by a long shot.

It's more comparable to a regular job, you have to give it your best shot to assure a greater chance of achieving success.

Indeed, a work from home MLM business has provided a lot of people great income streams by way of the direct sales they refer to the program. Also, through commissions on the sales members of their down line to refer to the program.

A work from home MLM business is an opportunity that only gets better with time. The longer you stay with your work from business, and the more work you put into it, the more rewarding it will become.

This kind of benefit you get from free internet advertising can only do, to say the least, miracles for your business. Most of these free internet advertising companies give you 3 slots to advertise any product or service for free.

Most web sites promoting free internet advertising have features like classified ads submitter - where you can get a enormous exposure with instant results and expand your sales by large volumes over night, opt-in email lists - non spam bulk emailing program, guaranteed 100% legal. Opt-in email lists are created by people who have volunteered or 'opted-in' their email addresses to these lists. These lists are very effective for creating personalized email to prospective clients.

You have finished making your own website. You have introduced your company and presented your products and services. You have added propositions and promos to catch your target audience's attention. You have achieved the dos and don'ts of building a company web site. But why isn't your website a major success?

Free and low-cost internet banners are spread all through out the World Wide Web. Banners that pop-up at the top of a page or in a separate window would automatically catch your target audience's attention.

Text links. This is not just cheap...this is virtually free! Let someone text link your site and return the favor.

Cheap versus expensive, that's always the question that hounds on whenever we're trying to get something. In the field of internet advertising, just be wise enough to figure out what will suit your needs. Go for what you want as long as there are visible results.

And the best reason to advertise in free internet advertising is because it is absolutely free.

Self Improvement: Changing Your Point Of View

Self Improvement: Changing Your Point Of View

by Elias Maseko

"Two men look out through the same bars: One sees the mud, and one sees the stars."- Frederick Langbridge, A Cluster of Quiet Thoughts. Here's how optimists are in action and researches that back up why it really pays to be an optimist:

We reach a point in our life when we are ready for change and a whole bunch of information that will help us unlock our self improvement power. Until then, something can be staring us right under our nose but we don't see it. The only time we think of unlocking our self improvement power is when everything got worst.

Optimists expect the best. The defining characteristic of pessimists is that they tend to believe bad events, which will last a long time and undermine everything they do, are their own fault.

People respond positively to optimists. Optimists are proactive and less dependent on others for their happiness. They find no need to control or manipulate people. They usually draw people towards them. Their optimistic view of the world can be contagious and influence those they are with.

Optimism seems a socially desirable trait in all communities. Those who share optimism are generally accepted while those who spread gloom, panic and hysteria are treated unfavorably.

They persevere. They just don't give up easily, they are also known for their patience, inching their way a step closer to that goal or elusive dream.

Why not look forward to success in all your endeavors? Why not be resilient? Like everybody else you are bound to hit lows sometimes but don't just stay there. Carry yourself out of the mud and improve your chances of getting back on the right track. And why not inspire others to remove their dark-colored glasses and see life in the bright side?

Creative notions

People seem to have the misconception that only a select few are able to unleash a steady flow of creative genius. That is not true at all. The fact is, creativity is very much like a muscle that needs to be exercised in order to consistently give out great results. If you don't practice harnessing creative thinking, this skill will very much atrophy into inexistence. But keep working and this skill will soon come to you in a snap.

Think out of the box -- or don't. Sometimes, constraints are actually a good thing. Limitations discipline you to work within your means. It enables you to be more resourceful. Creative freedom is great, but limitations enforce discipline.

How Do I Pick The Right Home Business With So Many Choices?

How Do I Pick The Right Home Business With So Many Choices?

by Mari Sun

This article is about how to prevent you from picking a business that is full of 'fluff'. In other words, these are the 'no-fluff' preventative measures for finding a home based business with so many out of them out there!

They have big offices and have been in business for a long time. Isn't that good? This company sells competitive products that can be very difficult to sell, not impossible, but difficult.

Most of the time, these type of businesses make their money from the representative, and some of the money comes in from the products. They say you must be on their regular auto-ship, monthly plan, so this is guaranteed income for them.

The percentage pay-out is usually never more than 20%. The complete compensation plan is very hard to reach to the top of. Many of these plans are very difficult, but their top people will convince you otherwise. It is not as easy to do as they say.

It is hard to know how to pick a company on your own since one company will be similar to another, but the hype of the 'next best latest thing' about this one company persuaded you to believe it was a better deal than 'those others'. So how do you discern a good company from the rest of them?

Here is a good start. Your first thing is you know you want to make good money and do so in an ethical way. You want to be honest and feel good about what you are offering. You do not want to harm anyone. You need to know the 'whole story' of what the company can offer you.

If a company's pay plan is less than 75%, forget them! Your time and many hours working will not be worth it. They will be 'using you' for all you have given them and they will make much more profit than you will.

Most companies compensation plan pays you very well ONCE you reach 1000's of people. While this can be done by only some people, it is quite rare and it is very hard work. The average person will not be able to do this.

One thing to look out for is to find out if a company offers any real training. They might offer minimal training, but if that training is to go to your family or friends to 'sign them up', then back away NOW! That is NOT training. These companies do not want to pay for training when they can easily make money from you as the representative. Is this making sense now?

If you cannot profit in a few sales, then there's a sign, too. If you the owners hide behind email, aren't available when you call customer service or do not call you back, then there is another sign. Ask yourself why they do not want to talk to you. Are they afraid of the tough questions?

There are plenty of new companies and everyone has to start somewhere, but be careful they are of good foundation. If they are not and you 'feel' it, do get involved. It's that simple. You'd be better off gambling away your money because at least you would have fun.

This is a only a guideline to follow when reviewing any company or an internet company. Use good judgment and your intuition on top of these guidelines, and you will most likely make a good choice since there are good companies to pick from if you look hard enough.

Advertising Your Home Based Business.

Advertising Your Home Based Business.
by MJ Mascaro

Getting the word out to people that you are there and ready to help them make a bundle is the major part of internet business. It does not matter how great a website looks, or how fantastic the product or service, if no one knows the site is there, it will receive no visitors.

One of the ways a lot of marketers have found successful in advertising on the internet is through pay-per-click programs. This involves a third party, e.g. Google, placing your ad on their site, and you pay them a pre-determined amount every time a visitor to their site clicks on your ad and visits your site.

This benefits you as it puts your advertisement in front of more people. Joining an affiliate promotions company could have your ad posted on several hundred sites, giving you that much more exposure for which you pay only if others visit your site.

Another method of advertising your network marketing business is to design your site around the information sought after by search engine spiders. There once was a time when having sufficient keywords listed in meta tags would draw their attention, but the number of hits to websites with erroneous information led search engine developers having to train their spiders to only look for good information. Many times in the past a search would turn up websites with totally unrelated information based on keywords alone.

Today's spiders also search for titles of web pages that relate to the search terms as well as quality information about the search terms. Your web pages should have quality text that provides information which the visitor is looking for. The meta tags, as well as quality textual information should appear on every page of your site where you want search spiders to look.

Getting your site noticed by potential customers when they perform an internet search, will let them know that you are competent enough get the attention of search engines and will improve your standing among customers. By advertising your business correctly, you will most likely pick up business, dropped by those why don't advertise properly. Good search engine position will increase the chances of people will become involved with you when they are doing their research.

Job Interviews - Tips To Review Before You Go

Job Interviews - Tips To Review Before You Go
by Darren Rebarnald

The second step in obtaining the job is meeting the future employer for an interview. The first step that an applicant has successfully completed was sending your application and passing the screening process of the company.

There are many ways a company can receive resumes and those would be from an advertisement that was posted, a headhunter of friend referral, or through the means of a company website to apply for a job online.

Here are a few tips that will help in having a successful interview;

Before attending an interview, it's better to do some research on the company one is applying to.

So that you don't choke during a real job interview, it would be a good idea to practice with mock interview questions by a friend or a family member.

When you go for an interview, it's better to always arrive fifteen minutes early. This demonstrates to employers that the person is prompt and suffices as a good attribute in a possible employee.

Be sure to bring extra copies of your resume and any other pertinent documents to answer certain questions, when you do meet with an employer. An example of certain documents need would be portfolios. These are used by architects and photographers, for example, which show some of the work they have performed in the past.

It's always better to dress suitably. This demonstrates to the employer serious-mindedness on the part of the applicant trying to get the job. It is essential to have your finger-nails and hair well groomed for the interview. The outfit worn ought to be professional. This would imply that shoes must be used to match the outfit. If you generally wear a lot of jewelry, it's better to remove and tone it down for the interview.

When you are in front of the employer, smile and greet the interviewer with a firm (but not bone crushing) handshake which is always a good start to get the interview moving.

During the course of the interview, listen very well to the questions asked. Each must be answered truthfully and confidently to be able to sell yourself to the potential employer.

Subsequently, the applicant ought to thank the recruiter for the time that was given to meet for the interview.

Get Started Blogging: Five Blogging Tips

Get Started Blogging: Five Blogging Tips
by Angela Booth

A few years ago, blogging was a niche activity. Now blogging has become mainstream. Businesses small and large are blogging. But what's a blog?

Think of a blog an instant-publishing Web site. It's a site in a chronological format, so that as new items are added to the blog, they push older items down the Web page.

Your aim in creating a blog is readers, as many readers as possible - thousands a day. Thousands of readers translate into dollars, because you can sell to those readers.

Let's get started blogging. These top tips will help you to create a successful blog:

1. What's it about? Your blog has to be about a specific topic

Your first step is to choose what you'll write about. Stick to one topic per blog. Remember that you'll write about this topic often, so ensure that you choose a topic you like. Maybe you like movies: you go to the movies several times a week. If so, you could create a movie review blog. Now you have an excuse to see all the latest releases.

2. Write your blog as if you're chatting with a friend

Try to make your writing as relaxed and casual as you can on your blog. Imagine that you're chatting to a close friend, or writing someone an email message. If you're writing a business blog, keep the casual feel: you want your readers to feel as if you're talking directly to them.

3. Create a schedule for writing to your blog

Many readers will subscribe to your blog, so give them something to read as often as you can. Decide how often you'll write. In the early months of blogging, write often. You're building up your content so that new readers will find you via the search engines.

4. Help your readers

The more useful information or entertainment you provide, the more popular your blog will become. Think about your readers, and what they want to know about your blog's topic. If you encourage comments, they will tell you what they want to know.

5. Your blog is a conversation: encourage comments

Think of your blog as a conversation with your readers. Ask readers to leave comments, by asking them questions. You can then respond to the comments they leave.

Five Ways To Mange Your Boss (without Him Or Her Knowing It!)

Five Ways To Mange Your Boss (without Him Or Her Knowing It!)
by Jack Forrest

With spring around the corner, many young men and women are preparing to graduate. Many of them will enter the business world for the first time. If they are like me, there will be certain lessons they will learn to be successful. One of the most important lessons is how to manage your boss. Read on below to find 5 simple steps to managing your boss.

Give your boss regular updates, even if he or she doesn't ask for it. Yes, this is just another form of "communication". Some bosses will demand regular updates, while others don't. But all bosses want to know that progress is being made, especially on high-profile projects. Don't save bad news or problem issues for later. The sooner you let your boss know there is a problem, the faster the two of you can work together to come up with a solution. I know, this can be scary, and some bosses don't take bad news well. But it's better to get the issue out on the table. Trust me, you don't want to wait until the day a project is due to tell your boss that the deadline was impossible to attain!

Don't be disorganized. Whether you have a set meeting with your boss or not don't treat it like a social event. Show up prepared. Be organized. Written notes are a good idea unless you have a killer memory. For the boss who just likes to surprise you with surprise visits at your desk, a list you update daily is a good idea to make sure that he or she can't get the better of you.

Most bosses, if asked, will say they don't want to be interrupted. But there is a fine art of following up with your boss on important issues. You don't want to bug him or her but you do need to get attention when you need it. Be persistent but not pesty. Be courteous of their privacy and knock before entering their office and never enter when they are on the phone unless you have a prescheduled meeting and they wave you in.

Do what you can to make the boss look good. At the very least, do what you can to make her job easier. We would all like to get credit for every bit of work we perform, but sometimes doing the work and helping your boss look good for that big meeting will pay you more dividends than getting the immediate recognition. And yes, some bosses are better than others at giving credit where credit is due. But if your boss learns he can rely on you to make him look good, chances are he'll eventually ask you to make that next big presentation instead of him.

Be grateful for the job and be respectful of the burdens your boss is carrying. All to often all we see is a person who's making more money than us and, perhaps, we are a bit envious of them. We start expecting them to be more intelligent, more mature, and more subject to our needs. But think of the impact you will create when you let your boss know that you are happy to have your job and respect them as a person. I'm not advocating being some sort of overly optimistic happy Harry or to kiss up to your boss at every turn. No it's a quiet gratitude and gentle respect I'm advocating.

I assure you that if you follow these five steps not only will you see greater success in the business world than do those who don't, you'll end up being happier as well. And that's just goodness no matter how you look at it.

Tips For Running An Internet Marketing Blog

Tips For Running An Internet Marketing Blog
by Christopher Stigson

Chris Stigson speaking. I'm an internet marketing blogger who spends a lot of time testing new stuff in the bloggin era. I've kind of cracked the code for running a profitable blog and want to do a test as well as share some knowledge with this article. Benefit by reading more.

You've probably heard that blogs are profitable means of making money online, and you are right, they are. It's just that you need to do a few things differently in order to get the most out of your blog and internet marketing strategies for promoting it and to finally increase top search engine rankings.

What I've found is that creating a traffic pulling blog is more than just about getting search engine rankings. You need more... See... Blogs are so easily syndicated using RSS and tools such as RSS submit to get your website spread like wildfire in just one go. This is no news... This isn't any news either, but you want to "deep link" your blog posts and have strictly defined anchor texts.

Now as for tips on running an internet marketing blog that relates soley towards internet marketing or affiliate marketing, eBay marketing or traffic, you need to choose a specific topic and "niche it". This means find a topic within the general category "internet marketing".

Finding your niche within the niche is the key to success. When you have found your "internet marketing niche" it's not hard to start finding products, keywords and articles to finally make money. Targeting "make money online", "how to make money" or "marketing" isn't your best bet here... Go to keyword research tools, spend some time and figure out what keywords you can use to rank #1 more easily.

If we were to use "traffic generation" as an example of a sub-niche, then after keyword research we'd most likely find a keyword such as "increase search engine traffic". Search it, do some "link:http://www.yourcompetition.com" in Yahoo to find how many backlinks these sites have between search results 10 and 20. We have found a viable sub-niche-long-tail-keyword. Hurray!

The next step would be to create a domain which would be similar to the keyword. Either short or long, depending on your preference. So, "traffic" should be in the domain and something like "www.increase-search-engine-traffic.com" would be a perfect domain for the keyword "increase search engine traffic".

Now you write relevant content about "increase search engine traffic" in your blog. Simple? Yes, but you also need about 10-20 keywords more to start writing articles just like this one. When you have done that, post them on various article directories online and see traffic, rankings and profits pouring in!

Using The Internet To Grow Your Downline.

Using The Internet To Grow Your Downline.
by MJ Mascaro

In multi-level marketing, your profits will depend on the number of people you have recruited to join the program. Profits are generated through sales and referrals, so you have to get more people to be interested in your program. This is just the first step. Your end goal would be to get them involved in your business!

But, how do you do that? There are a lot of programs and companies on the internet that promise to expand your contacts. Sometimes they deliver, sometimes they don't. The Internet is a place where you can easily get overwhelmed with choices. In order to help you put it to good use, I am writing this article featuring information about exploding your downline using the internet:

1. Downline Builders

When starting an online business with affiliate or multi-level programs that have referral URLs, then it is best to get a downline builder. Some downline builder systems will let you maintain and operate your own downline club so people that just signed up will have their own unique referral ID's and a copy of your business web page. Each replicated page of new recruits can be individualized or personalized.

So, what's the advantage? You don't have to advertise! Some downline builders have their own automated welcome letter sending, direct downline doubling, page personalization support and others. The new members you have recruited will advertise their own web pages by publicizing their replicated pages. However, as with everything, if it's going to do what it's supposed to, it is NOT free, and this being the internet, there will be a lot that want to charge you and not deliver. Do your research.

2. Advertise

You have to let people know you and your program exist, otherwise, how will they know? If you don't have much of a budget for marketing, you might want to consider some of the following. Advertise in e-magazines (known as e-zines) and newsletters, like I am doing now. Of course, you need to post in places that are related to your business or program, otherwise your efforts will be wasted when people have your articles removed for inappropriate content. The key to advertising this way is regular monitoring. Keep track of all the positive and negative responses to your program on all the e-zines you have advertised in. If there are too many negative responses, it remove your post to avoid too much bad press.

Another approach is to include signature files in all your emails and messages. Besides being free, the thing about doing this is, it can generate more contacts that you ever expected. If you are regularly posting in a thread or community, more people will notice and visit the link to your business webpage, especially if it is highlighted or has some sort of design. You are also posting in forums on subjects you enjoy discussing, so you are working for your business and having fun at the same time. How many businesses can say that?

3. Pay-Per-Click Affiliate Programs

This involves bidding on a keyword or phrase that will most likely describe your program. Whenever an interested internet user searches this keyword, your program will appear, thus targeting people who want to sign up in your business. This is a very good investment if you know how to use it.

4. Sure Sign-ups

You can pay for guaranteed sign-ups for a minimal amount. This is relatively more costly than advertising, but the signups per dollar are much greater. For example, you can buy 40 sign-ups for $2.75 each. The problem with purchased leads, is you need adequate and regular reinforcement to egg on your new sign-ups to do expand your business more. Also, these sign-ups are only guaranteed to opt in and give their details, not to sign up for your business. YES! even though you paid $2.75 for each of them, you still have to work to get them involved.

Remember, this type of business does not only benefit you, but your recruits as well. It is mutualism at its best. They do their best to make profits and you also profit from it. Good luck in expanding your business!

Affiliate Marketing: Establishing A Relationship

Affiliate Marketing: Establishing A Relationship
by Zindy Maseko

The point here is that you have to express to your prospects that you look on them as real people and not as like a bunch of receipts in your cash register. Make them feel that they are important in the business; it is sincerity that matters in conducting business with them.

Some points in establishing a relationship in your prospect

In case of dealing online, have your website attractive enough for your prospects to have their eyes is stuck on it. If you are just some sort of a webmaster, provide your site with catchy fonts. Make it easy to navigate so that even new web browsers can understand what you really mean.

Do not drop the whole details of the business instantly. When you will be meeting with your prospect for the first time, it will be wise in your part that you initiate some talk to draw them out a little.

It is a little bit harder to sell online. The correspondence that is available between you and your prospect is through e-mails and occasional phone calls. Again, be courteous. Make friendly responses. You can also incorporate in your responses something a little more personal. Tell him that you are enjoying the snowfall while answering his e-mail or you just got back from a vacation.

If you have made that good impression and an initial sale, the connection must not stop there. After a week, for instance, send him a personal note of thanks for the opportunity of conducting business with them.

Affiliate marketing is full of surprises. Follow the aforementioned starting elements and pointers and start your affiliate career by hitting a gold mine.

Letting affiliate marketing move for your business

The internet introduced new ways of earning money and new forms of businesses that are very advanced and utilizes high technologies. Different strategies for businesses are developed and that includes affiliate marketing.

The compensation you get in internet marketing may be made based on a certain value for each visit or pay-per-click, registrant or pay-per-lead and a reward for each costumer or sale or pay-per-sale.

The affiliate publishes websites so they are also known as publishers and merchants advertise on affiliate sites, so they are also called advertisers.

Affiliate program is a partnership with an online merchant who compensates for any sales that is sent that trade via links on the site. It is an easy way to earn money off traffic to the site. With affiliate program, earning potential is not limited to sales; it can also refer other affiliates. The merchant will pay a percentage of all the sales that is referred.

In the cost per lead (CPL), a visitor referred by the affiliate completes a form on the merchant's website and in the cost per one thousand impressions (CPM). Merchants pay a set rate for the display of one thousand of their banner or advertisement.

In the early days of affiliate marketing, many internet users held negative opinions due to the tendency of affiliates to use spam to promote the programs in which they were enrolled. As affiliate marketing has matured, many affiliate merchants have refined their terms and conditions to prohibit affiliates from spamming.

Making Money On A One-page Website

Making Money On A One-page Website
by Steve Beck

The most profitable and effective web pages on the internet are the ones that have one page and sell only one product.

Why?...

Quite simply, it is a matter of focus.

You have only one decision to make on a single page website. Buy or not buy. There are no links to distract you - no articles - no competing products - no nothing! Except for maybe a pop-up box that captures your email, the only thing you need to do is read about about the product and then make a decision - buy or not buy.

With no distractions, each word of your sales copy is emphasized. You must write compelling sales copy that drives the customer to buy. Understand what their problems are, and then give them the solution. Your solution.

So, now that you have their attention, how are you going to convince them to buy?

Do NOT underestimate the power of a well-written sales letter. When you use a sales letter template, you don't miss any of the crucial pieces. A template includes your headline, your hypnotic hook, your customer testimonials, your bonuses, your features and benefits, your guarantee and even your postscripts.

Using a template can give professional results, even if you aren't a writer. Since your sales letter is often the only contact you have with customers, you want it to be perfect. Make sure your sales letter gets results - use a template!

Look online at other sales letters. See what works and what doesn't - let your instinct guide you. Another sales letter can offer the best examples, inspiring you to create a fantastic sales letter.

I can make web pages from scratch, but I would never dream of writing a sales letter without my templates. To be successful, you want to cover all the bases, leaving nothing to chance. Templates keep you on track so you don't miss any steps along the way. They help me to write profitable sales letters, the key to my success. Put the power to work for you, too.

Why Do Some Coffee Shops Fail?

Why Do Some Coffee Shops Fail?
by Karyn Lewis

Many individuals have a good basic idea for a successful coffee shop. However, they fail due to some common problems. Many in our society are quick to blame this on the big chain coffee shops that seem to be everywhere these days. Yet there are plenty of other coffee shops out there with a very loyal customer base.

If you need to get financing for your coffee shop plans, you need to make sure you have a good plan in place. Regardless of how good your credit is, no lender will help you if they don't think you can make a go of it. They are going to want very specific information on what you need to get it operating. They also want a realistic forecast of future earnings. Of course getting the funding either from your savings or a lender is just the beginning.

Most of these common problems you can resolve before you ever open your doors to customers. This way what they will find is a very nice business that knows what they are doing. Everything from the location to the decor to the products to the quality of service is all exceptional in their eyes. You really need to take a close look at the budget you have for getting started.

Too many coffee shops spend all they have to get things in place for the business. They have nothing left to promote it though. They depend on people to just wonder in and discover it. You have to have some money available for various forms of advertising. This will make people curious about your coffee shop. It will encourage them to check it out for themselves.

You have probably heard it before, but the location of your coffee shop is very important. You can't just take any building that has a good price tag with it and be successful. How are people going to get there? Is it inconvenient for them to come to your coffee shop? You need to be easily accessible so they won't have to think twice if it is worth it to come in or not.

The layout of the coffee shop has to be very efficient as well as appealing. You want customers to be comfortable in there. You also need to offer enough room for employees to do their job. Plan how to place equipment to save time for them. The quality of the service they can offer depends on it.

A balanced menu is also important. If you are limited on what you offer some customers will become bored. Still, if you have too vast of a menu people are going to be taking forever to place their order. You will also make it more difficult for employees to learn to do their job effectively.

Why do some coffee shops fail? They don't follow the good advice that is right in front of them. They think they have all the answers and then realize too late that they don't. There is definitely a consumer demand for coffee shops, and it continues to increase all the time. Since the demand is there, you have to make sure you are effectively able to meet the needs of those consumers.
